To carry on the business of catering and hospitality services, including providing indoor and outdoor catering, industrial and institutional catering, banquet and party catering, and to prepare, cook, process, preserve, supply and serve all kinds of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, snacks, sweets, bakery items, beverages and refreshments to individuals, companies, firms, institutions, government bodies and other organisations. To establish, run, manage and operate restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, tea lounges, food courts, canteens, refreshment rooms, cloud kitchens, takeaway counters and other food and beverage outlets of every description, and to provide dine-in, takeaway and home delivery services. To carry on the business of event management and event organisation, including planning, organising, managing and executing social, corporate, cultural, wedding, conference, seminar, exhibition, promotional and entertainment events, and to provide all allied services such as decoration, lighting, sound, stage, logistics, hospitality, guest management and coordination. To carry on the business of property management and facility management, including managing, maintaining, operating and administering residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties, buildings, complexes, apartments, offices, malls, hotels, guest houses and other immovable properties, whether owned, leased or taken on management contract, and to provide housekeeping, maintenance, security coordination and other allied services. To provide consultancy, advisory and support services in the fields of catering, hospitality management, restaurant and café operations, event planning and management, and property and facility management, including preparation of feasibility reports, project planning, operational management and quality control. To purchase, take on lease, hire or otherwise acquire kitchens, premises, buildings, plant and machinery, equipment, furniture, fittings, vehicles and other assets required for carrying on the aforesaid businesses and to buy, sell, supply, distribute and deal in food products, beverages, raw materials, provisions, packaging materials, utensils, crockery and hospitality and catering equipment. To enter into contracts, agreements and arrangements with individuals, firms, companies, hotels, clubs, institutions, government authorities and other bodies for carrying on the aforesaid businesses and all allied and incidental activities.
